Agreement to these terms
By Registering Prime Wash Club or booking a wash through your member portal, you accept these terms and conditions. If you do not agree, please do not complete your purchase. These terms are written to be clear and straightforward.
Your free membership
Membership is completely free — there is no sign-up fee, no annual charge, and no subscription. Creating an account activates your membership immediately and it is valid for 12 months from that date. Your free membership gives you access to your member portal and your member wash pricing. To continue after 12 months, simply reactivate your account at no cost.
Wash fees — $29 members, $49 without
Every wash is charged at $29 per booking for Cars & Small SUVs (2 rows of seats), and $39 for Pickup Trucks & Large SUVs (3 rows of seats or more) — paid securely at the time of booking through your portal. Without an active membership, washes are charged at $49 each. Wash fees are separate from your membership. Once a washer has been dispatched to your address, the wash fee is non-refundable unless the service cannot be completed due to a fault on our part.
Your vehicles on your account
One membership covers any number of personal vehicles. You can add, update, or remove vehicles at any time from your member portal during an active membership. Only vehicles registered to your account qualify for the $29 and $39 member wash rate.
Service schedule and availability
We operate a day-based weekly schedule. Each service area is covered on a specific day of the week, managed by our team. Availability may be affected by weather, public holidays, or operational needs. We will make reasonable efforts to notify members of material schedule changes, but cannot guarantee service on any specific day.
How we verify your membership
You are identified by a unique membership number issued to you at sign-up. When a washer arrives at your booking address, they use your membership number to confirm the job and retrieve your vehicle details. No QR code is required. You are responsible for keeping your account information — name, email, vehicles — accurate and up to date.
Refunds and account suspension
Wash fees are non-refundable once a washer has been dispatched. If we cannot complete a booked wash due to a fault on our side, we will offer a replacement booking. Prime Wash Club reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account used for fraud, misuse, or any breach of these terms.
These terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of your membership or the portal after a change constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. If you have any questions, contact us before purchasing.
